Imports and Sync

Last updated March 6, 2026

Bring schedule data into CalendarDoc with CSV, ICS, Google Calendar, and Outlook so teams stop retyping recurring work.

Generic CSV plus business and school presets

ICS import and ICS subscription export

Google Calendar and Outlook primary-calendar sync

CSV import paths

Use generic CSV import for simple event lists, or use the business and school presets when the source sheet already looks like deadlines, milestones, or campus events.

CSV import is transactional. If the rows are invalid, the import fails cleanly instead of partially inserting bad data.

ICS import and export

ICS import is the fastest route when another calendar system already exposes iCalendar feeds or exports.

CalendarDoc also exports ICS so private calendars and public calendars can both participate in subscription workflows.

Google Calendar and Outlook sync

Connect the provider account in settings, then sync the provider’s primary calendar into a specific CalendarDoc calendar.

This MVP is intentionally one-way into CalendarDoc. It is designed for bringing live source data in, not for acting like a bi-directional calendar replacement.
