Publish stakeholder-safe calendar views, generate branded print output, and share calendars without exposing draft work.

Approved-only and key-dates views for safer sharing

Public calendar pages

Public calendars are for the approved, shareable version of the schedule. They support public URLs, subscription, QR-friendly distribution, and public ICS output.

Use public calendars when stakeholders need a clean destination instead of team-facing planning controls.

Print and PDF output

Print generation supports multiple paper sizes and quality levels, with branded header and logo assets hosted in cloud storage.

The print renderer now carries template art direction, so exported PDFs match the calendar’s family, lane structure, and visual style instead of collapsing into a generic grid.

Role-safe views

Use approved-only and key-dates views when a stakeholder should not see the full working calendar.

That keeps the live operational calendar useful internally without leaking drafts or editorial work-in-progress externally.
